Can homeowners buy HVAC equipment directly?
Yes. AC For Less sells equipment direct to the public. A licensed HVAC contractor should still verify sizing, install the system, pull any required permits, and complete startup.
Is installation included?
No. Pricing is for equipment only. Labor, permits, electrical, duct changes, line sets, pads, crane/lift work, refrigerant handling, and startup are separate.
How does shipping work?
Large systems ship by freight carrier with appointment delivery. Inspect equipment before signing. Small accessories may ship parcel ground.
How do I know what tonnage to order?
Have your installer verify the existing equipment, ductwork, electrical, and load requirements. Ordering the wrong size can create comfort, warranty, and code problems.
Can I return equipment?
Uninstalled, undamaged equipment may be eligible for return approval. Freight damage, installed equipment, electrical parts, and special orders may not be returnable.
